Hold up. The termination shock is only an increase in density of about 1.6-2.2 over the surrounding regions of space (which is extremely low density). There's no way this could "tear apart" a spacecraft.

Just from my experience with major software companies, I concluded that there is not the slightest trace of accountability or conscience or care among software companies. The lawyers, judges, and lawmakers, mainly located in the USA, have provided this type of playing field, and this won't stop until it is changed by people who have a conscience. Not a snowball's chance in death valley for this to happen.
