Raffreddare la Terra è sicuramente un autentico disastro.
L’universo è così ben congegnato, da aver creato la vita animale e vegetale che rappresenta un vero miracolo di ingegneria!
Basta pensare alle orbite dei pianeti e all’afelio e al perielio, da cui dipendono le stagioni e l’avvicendarsi del giorno e della notte, per restare strabiliati di fronte alla mutevolezza di cotanta perfezione. E che dire dell'inversione delle stagioni tra l'emisfero boreale e quello australe? Ribadisco, sarebbe un suicidio collettivo raffreddare il nostro pianeta, perché forse si aggiusterebbe pure qualcosa da una parte del globo, e si rovinerebbe tutto il resto!
D'altra parte, è risaputo che ogni scoperta o invenzione meritevole del Premio Nobel, è sempre "ambivalente": noi vediamo subito i pregi, le brutte sorprese arrivano dopo!
Per favore, non toccate il sistema solare. L'universo è molto più intelligente del più fantasioso degli uomini!
Cooling the earth and doing something on a planetary scale is both a terrifying and exciting idea. The risks are real because it's such a complex task and on the other hand, the benefits will spread to billions of people. Still, it's urgent that we explore several different solutions, find out which really works without the downside, and sustain the effort in doing all of those.
The problem is that if greens could put a thermostat on the climate, they have AC on only in the winter and Heat on only ijn the summer. Sigh!
Green means the little people are cold and hungry in the dark while the greens are warm in McMansions with live-in cooks and light and climate control from traditional energy sources
